LOVE THIS ITEM! Not for everyone, but perfect for me during hot months when I tend to cramp during sports and at night, alongside other muscular issues. During cooler months, I opt for a 100mg capsule from another brand, as I don't require such a high dose. Be cautious—starting with a high dosage can cause tummy aches. It took me a year to work up from 200 mg/day to this amount. Now it aids my sleep, reduces twitchiness, alleviates cramping, and provides energy. My doctor says it supports adrenal function and repairs mitochondrial damage, especially post-60. Consult a doctor for the right vitamin blend (I was diagnosed with low adrenal function). I now take seven targeted supplements, having discarded all my multivitamins, and feel stronger than in my mid-forties!

Since I started this magnesium, I experienced no constipation, just a pleasant sensation each morning after taking it. Be cautious if you're prone to diarrhoea. When tired, I used to crave chocolate; now, I haven’t bought any for months. Even when tempted, I feel satisfied with just a little. I realised this craving was due to magnesium deficiency. Although awareness of the effects of supplements can be subtle, this one fit me perfectly.
